Ange-Francois Cyatangabo is a seasoned telecommunications and technology professional based in Kigali, Rwanda, with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as the Acting Managing Director at Soft-Pi Ltd since October 2023, he has maintained a concurrent role as Secretary General and Club Correspondent at the Rwanda Automobile Club (RAC) since 2014.
