Christian Gakwaya is a prominent Rwandan sports administrator and business leader who currently serves as the President of the Rwanda Automobile and Motorcycle Federation. With his leadership in motorsports, he has overseen major racing events including the prestigious Rwanda Mountain Gorilla Rally in 2022. Beyond motorsports, Gakwaya is the Chief Executive Officer of Rwanda Events, a subsidiary of BL Group of Companies, where he manages significant cultural initiatives. 

His educational background in Agribusiness and Agricultural Economics, combined with his financial acumen, has led to his role as a treasurer on the Rwanda Olympic Committee. This diverse portfolio showcases his ability to bridge sports administration, event management, and financial oversight in Rwanda’s growing sports and entertainment sectors.
